Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

Returns Policy

At LUMEAOPTIC, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you can return it easily and safely. Please read the policy below for full details.

Return Period

You may return any eligible item within 14 days from the date you received your order. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Eligible Items

You can return:

  • Eyeglasses frames

  • Sunglasses

  • Accessories (cases, cleaning kits, etc.)

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Prescription lenses (custom-made specifically for you)

  • Contact lenses that have been opened or used

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be in the same condition as delivered:

  • No scratches or signs of wear

  • Original packaging, case, cleaning cloth, and accessories included

  • All labels and protective films attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or refunded partially.

Return Process

  2. You will receive instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a reliable courier.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (different model, size, or color), you can do so within 14 days. Simply follow the return process and place a new order after your refund is processed.
